Our Youth at Work Foundation is the not-for-profit organization behind this website, MySafeWork.com. It is a registered Canadian foundation (charitable # ROO3058986).

Started in 2000 by Rob Ellis, the foundation has reached millions of employers, workers, educators, parents and students across North America with its message of “inspiring courage, influencing change.” The foundation’s primary speakers, Rob and his daughter, Jessica, talk from the heart: they lost their beloved son/brother, David, at age 18 in a workplace accident in 1999.

MySafeWork / Our Youth At Work give presentations to corporations, schools - elementary through university - and community groups.

Demands for our speaking engagements, video creation, blogging and other outreach work is always outpacing our infrastructure; your donation will help us continue to grow and affect change...

So that when your son/daughter, student or new hire starts on the job, they won’t have to risk being among the devastating accident and death statistics.

Somewhat agree - accidents will always be a part of society but we can work on reducing the most tragic accidents. Disagree - every accident is preventable.
