Additional details:
Depending who you were to speak about the issues were not resolved , certain injuries due to resident could have been avoided with not having certain staff at said home due to not being trained it took longer then it should have to get that safe training for said home . There should have been more training before on the floor .
There was a lot of ongoing training which was great
